Section 1: Project Assessment
Requires the assessor to consider various aspects of the intended service, volunteering or visiting – referred to in the document as the ‘project’.
Section 2: Host Organisations
Enables schools to perform due diligence on the host organisation or entity where the intended project will take place. This may be an NGO, social enterprise, or faith-based entity. In some cases, schools and may partner with a third-party provider who facilitates their connection with a host organisation. In this case, Section 3: Third Party Provider should also be completed.
Section 3: Third Party Provider
Allows for assessment of the third party provider’s policies and procedures, and
their approach to responsible and ethical community engagement.
